If you have not reached the age of full legal capacity under the laws of your country or region, you must not, without the prior consent of your legal representative, guardian, or parent, register a member account, purchase products, participate in activities, apply for or activate authorized distributor qualification, provide personal data, apply for profit-sharing, rewards, points, allowances, withdrawals, or use any other services involving transactions, contracts, monetary benefits, or the processing of personal data.
The Company’s products, services, and authorized distributor system are, in principle, intended for adults with full legal capacity. If a minor wishes to use the Company’s services or provide personal data, the minor’s legal representative, guardian, or parent must first read and agree to the relevant terms and policies, and the minor may only use such services under their consent and supervision.
The Company does not actively collect unnecessary personal data from minors. If the Company discovers that a minor has provided personal data, registered an account, purchased products, applied for distributor qualification, or participated in services involving monetary benefits without lawful consent, the Company may, in accordance with applicable laws and actual circumstances, refuse, suspend, or terminate the relevant services, and may delete, restrict the use of, or take other appropriate measures regarding the relevant personal data.
