Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Item is not listed under non-returnable categories below.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products.
- Promotional or gift items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at time of purchase.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@beautysquare.com.sg with your order number and reason for return.
- Await approval — our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Ship the item to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Receive your refund within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
- PayPal: 3–5 business days.
- FPX / E-Wallet: 3–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
